Session 05 - Project Ironclaw

The Party advances towards Project Ironclaw Main Base. They battle their way through the stitch, and manage to commandeer a ship heading back to The Tattered Reach.

Summary

The Party opens on the result of Celyne's tactics work, which indicates that 18 level 2 creatures and 2 level 1 creatures. They decide to take off from our respite, and sneak through the woods on termite back towards the Project Ironclaw Main Base.

With the sneaking not going so hot, the party entered combat with Terrasaurs and Myrmidon drones. We fight them back, but sustain heavy blows.

The Party wanders into [[Vesper Chorus]] territory, and decides to negotiate with them. [[Krawic]] speaks with us, who once oversaw territory where much hunting would happen, but since Starweave Enterprise has showed up, their territory has shrunk and numbers dwindle.

Krawic of the Vesper Chorus Negotiation: - Motivation(s): Legacy - Argument 1: Tier 2 from Zed, say we have a common enemy and mean them no harm - Learn motivatoin 1: Tier 3 from Tar, discovering the Legacy Motivation - Argument 2: Tier 3 from Celyne, presenting our intel on the Project Ironclaw Main Base and our plan of attack. They in turn offer to lead some of the enemy away. - Argument 3: Tier 3 appealing to Legacy motivation from Zed. We have caught them at a desperate time, and they are willing to risk much to aid us. - The negotiation ends with Interest 5. The Party is approached with 5 flowers encased in amber, called Snapdragons. And, the bats will hold off the rest of the patrols.

With a successful negotiation, the party continues toward the Project Ironclaw Main Base, sneaking along in a much easier montage, thanks to the [[Vesper Chorus]].

The battle at the Project Ironclaw Main Base rages, and after a few rounds of fighting off enemies Director Ivanna Krieg arrives mounted on one of her terrible creations. As we duck into the ship passing through the stitch, Ivanna watches on with a glowing golden eye. The ship passes through the stitch, and we'll pick up there next time!
