A devil conductor, saved from a myrmidon's wrath by Celyne Serulei.
Overview¶
A conductor based out of Xenith who became wanted for anti-congress music. A Hellion Core duo--consisting of Celyne Serulei and a Myrmidon Drone--was sent after her. When the drone moved to kill her, Celyne stopped it. Now, Tar is wanted for killing a Hellion Core officer.
